Wednesday, May 12, 2010, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The guest speaker at the HFHOA ANNUAL MEETING will be the West Springfield District
Supervisor, Pat Herrity
If you are not able to attend, please, please send in your proxy. If there is not
a quorum, we are required to send out additional meeting notices and reschedule
the meeting --- that is expensive and increases dues for everyone!

New (or replacement) pool passes
If you are new to the community or need a replacement pool pass, please stop by
the Clubhouse, located at 5492 Ashleigh Road, on the following dates and times prior
to the opening of the pool.
Saturday, May 8th 2:00-3:00 pm
Sunday, May 16th 2:00-3:00 pm
Members are requested to bring a 1" x 1" picture of each family member needing a
pass at one of the above-noted registration dates.
Pool Opening Party, Sunday May 23rd: 6 PM Cocktails
& Appetizers 7-9 PM Dinner
Mark your calendar! The annual pool opening party on Sunday, 23 May, catered by
